Booking an phone consultation with a member of our DesBio Practitioner Support Team is easy.
1) Choose your time zone using the drop-down menu inside the yellow bar at the top of the screen. It defaults to US Pacific-Standard Time.
2) Choose the appointment type you are looking for from the drop-down menus on the left- hand side:
- New Customer Training: New to DesBio? We would love to introduce you to our products and suggested protocols and offer you an exclusive first order discount.
- Product Consult – Existing Customers: Have questions? Need training? Whatever you need, we are here to support you!
- Lisa Holt/ Series and Chronic Infection Training: Dr. Holt is our resident expert on chronic infections and our Series Symptom Relief Program.
- PAO Onboarding: New to Practitioner Approved Ordering? Our support staff will show you how to invite patients, create and send recommendations, review features.
- PAO Support Training: Need help or want to learn more about particular features? We are happy to help assist you!
