Work Authorization End Date Updates : If you have been notified by our team that your work authoriation end date has expired, please schedule using the "Remote Reverification" location to the left. After you schedule, one of our team members will be sending a calendar invite within one day of your appointment

Onboarding is an essential step in the new hire process. During your onboarding session, our team will ensure you have completed all your employment requirements and are ready for your first day of work.


Please take a moment to read the information below before proceeding with registration.


It is required that you schedule an onboarding session on or before the first day of your employment or appointment at Penn State.


Onboarding sessions available via this system take place at Penn State's University Park onboarding locations.

Please note that the sessions at the James M. Elliott building are only for student employees and graduate appointments. All full-time and part-time (non-students) must attend a session at our 331 Innovation Park location.
