Welcome to our online appointment system, you can schedule your appointment to replace the Electronic Water Meter Reading Transmitter (ERT) in your home with the Water Maintenance Department. 

This appointment will take approximately 15 minutes and there needs to be someone 18 years or older home to allow the Water Distribution Operator into your home to access the water meter.
