Online appointments are scheduled as * All Day * appointments. All online appointments have an ETA of 9am to 5pm. Customers will recieve an automated confirmation email with an updated 3 hour ETA the day before their scheduled service date. If you do not recieve this email by 5pm please call our office at 518-992-4884. 

Please note: The only brands we service are LG, Samsung, Electrolux, Frigidaire, GE, JennAir, Maytag, Kenmore, Hotpoint, Amana and Whirlpool.
