If you are out of the Metropolitan Washington DC/Baltimore Region, you may book an appointment for phone coaching or simply select a regular psychotherapy appointment.  Then please make contact with your therapist via e-mail or phone to advise them that you would like to have a phone consulting appoitnment or a video conference. Your therapist will assist you in being set up for your appointment time.

After booking your appointment, you will receive an email within 24 hours that includes directions for how to get to your therapy location and/or how to engage in videoconference/phone consultation.  

The directions will also include information regarding fees and payment.  We are not in-network with most insurances companies, however please refer to this page of the website to learn more about fees and payment.  Be sure to scroll down to review all the fees as well as information about various insurance companies:

If you would like a quote as to the cost if you think that you may have some coverage, please email your therapist with your insurance company name, your date of birth, and your full name and zip code.  I will attempt to get back to you with 24-48 hours with a quote.
