Appointments are available Monday - Friday 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m and will take place at the San Juan Unified School District HR Office at 3738 Walnut Avenue in Carmichael. 

How to Schedule an Appointment

To schedule a fingerprinting appointment, select 'Fingerprinting' from the 'Select Service' drop-down menu under Appointment Locator. Then click your preferred day and the next page will allow you to select your appointment time and proceed with filling in your information. 

Volunteers - Registration & Fingerprinting
Individuals that would like to volunteer for school sites and/or district programs, must first complete the Volunteer Verification registration at (https://www.sanjuan.edu/volunteer). You will be sent an email with instructions to schedule a fingerprinting appointment along with a Volunteer Fingerprint Authorization Form to complete and bring with you to your appointment. If you do not receive this form via email or do not have access to a printer, you can complete one at the Human Resources office at the time of your appointment.

To Cancel or Change an Existing Appointment
If you cannot make your appointment for any reason, please refer to your confirmation text or email to cancel or reschedule.
