Fingerprinting appointments will be available at the District Office beginning on July 1. For individuals that would like to volunteer for school sites and/or district programs, and have completed the Volunteer Verification form at (https://www.sanjuan.edu/volunteer), as your submission moves through the approval process you will be sent an email with instructions and forms for fingerprinting at the district office. New employees will be provided fingerprint information upon processing in Human Resources.
How to Schedule your Appointment:
We ask that you please only create one appointment at a time. To schedule a 2-hour test for the Workplace Technology Assessment, Instructional Aide Proficiency, or Account Clerk/Fiscal Tech positions, select 'Pre-Employment Testing' from the 'Select Service' drop-down menu. Then click your preferred day of the week and time. Upon arriving to your appointment, you will need to specify which of the above tests you require. For fingerprint appointments, please select 'Fingerprinting' for your service selection and click your preferred day of the week and time.
How to Cancel an Existing Appointment:
If you cannot make your appointment for any reason, please refer to your confirmation text or email to cancel. You can also cancel by calling (916) 971-7788.
