Appointment and Workshop Reservation System


Welcome to LACERA's appointment system, where you can reserve your seat for a pre-retirement workshop or schedule a time to visit our Member Service Center and speak one-on-one with a Retirement Benefits Specialist - all at your convenience. Each appointments is for counseling ONE MEMBER.  Please book separate appointments for each member.

Workshop Reservations: To reserve your seat at a pre-retirement workshop, please choose one from the drop down box titled "Select Workshop." You'll be offered a list of available workshops to choose from.  Once you've selected a workshop, you'll see the dates that are available will be highlighted. Dates that are not highlighted have been filled to capacity.  After you select a date, you'll be asked to input your information in order to register for that workshop.  


One-on-One Counseling: To reserve an appointment for a one-on-one meeting at LACERA, simply select the drop down box titled "Select Service." Then select "One-on-one consultation." This will open a monthly calendar with the dates and times available. White boxes show dates that are available to make an appointment, whereas shaded boxes show that there are no available appointments.  


You may select the date and time from this list to schedule your one-on-one consultation. Using the appointment system gives you priority over walk-in customers. It puts you at the front of the line to meet with the next available Retirement Benefits Specialist.


A confirmation of your appointment will be sent to the email address we have on file for you. Please bring the confirmation of your appointment with you.

If you do not find an appointment that meets your needs, you may visit our Member Service Center on a walk-in basis.  Please note that appointments receive priority over walk-ins so you could experience a long wait.
