Progress reports are available by email at oneononejackieg@me.com and by phone at 314.962.1231. Please feel free to call or email at any time if you have questions or concerns. For students working on SAT/ACT preparation, we keep a record of their practice test scores in the folder that they take to and from tutoring, so you can always check the folder to find out your child's progress.

Scheduling of appointments: each student will be given a regular weekly appointment time, and the tutor will give your child a "next appointment" slip at the end of each session that includes a homework assignment, if appropriate.

You may handle all scheduling changes, additions, and cancellations simply and quickly on the website by choosing "Appointments and Class Registration" from the navigation bar.

All time-sensitive scheduling issues should be directed to oneononescheduling@me.com or 484-6701 (call or text message). Please use email or text messaging whenever possible, as it helps us to have a written record of your preferences.

To register AFTER you have enrolled your child in tutoring:
1. Select "Appointments and Class Registration" from the orange navigation bar.
2. Select "Register."
3. Fill out all the fields. (This should take just a few minutes.)
4. VERY IMPORTANT: Click "Submit" at the bottom of the screen.

Changes or Cancellations
You (or we) may occasionally need to reschedule an appointment due to a conflict; we try to accommodate any changes as best we can. If you expect any absences for your child (due to vacation or other planned events), please note these absences on the website:
1. Select "Appointments and Class Registration" from the orange navigation bar.
2. Log in using the login and password you selected during registration.
3. Scroll down until you see the "Existing Appointments" box. All upcoming appointments will be listed.
4. To cancel an appointment, click "cancel appointment" and enter a reason into the cancellation box.
5. Click "Cancel Appointment."
6. To change an appointment, cancel it first and then schedule a new appointment.

Please remember that if you need to change or cancel your appointment, you must do so by noon of the previous day (or by noon on Friday for a weekend appointment) to avoid a charge.

Illness
In case of illness, you (or we) may need to cancel an appointment less than 24 hours before the meeting. We prefer that you DO cancel an appointment for a child who is ill, and there is, in that case, no charge for the missed appointment.

Inclement Weather/School Closings
Closing of the office will be listed on KSDK (Channel 5 or www.ksdk.com), in the same way you would find school closing information. If you have questions or concerns and do not see us listed as closed, please feel free to email oneononescheduling@gmail.com or call/text message 314.484.6701.

Waiting Room
Please feel free to drop off your child or wait in our waiting room. Use our wifi if you like�just ask us for login instructions. If you need to speak to the tutor at the beginning or end of the session, please let the tutor know when you arrive so that he/she can plan the lesson accordingly.

Payment by credit card, check (made payable to One-on-One Tutoring), or cash is due at each session.

For ACT tutoring, there is a $30 materials fee due at the first meeting.

There is no charge for planned absences as long as advance notice has been given (see "Changes or Cancellations," above).

While we do our best to help every student achieve his or her goals, there are many variables that affect a student's performance. Because specific results cannot be guaranteed, tutoring fees charged are for services performed and cannot be refunded.
